COSMOPICK publishes information relating to brands, manufacturers, products, product launches, trademarks, logos, packaging, images, websites, public announcements, and other industry materials.

Information displayed regarding brands, manufacturers, products, trademarks, logos, packaging, images, websites, and public announcements generally does not constitute personal data and therefore falls outside the scope of GDPR unless it identifies or relates to an identifiable natural person.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of manufacturers, brands, retailers, distributors, agencies, app stores, social media platforms, or third-party websites referenced through COSMOPICK.

KeepBuzz Limited does not sell personal data.

Personal data may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to service providers, contractors, infrastructure providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, security providers, communications providers, mobile application service providers, technical support providers, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, accountants, legal counsel, payment or administrative service providers, and other parties acting on behalf of or providing services to KeepBuzz Limited.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory request, governmental request, law enforcement request, legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise, defend, or protect legal rights, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, protect intellectual property, or enforce applicable terms.

Users may not engage in any conduct that could harm KeepBuzz Limited, the Services, other users, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeepBuzz Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with access to or use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, even if KeepBuzz Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

KeepBuzz Limited's total aggregate liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the greater of one hundred euros (€100) or the amounts paid by you to KeepBuzz Limited in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KeepBuzz Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

KeepBuzz Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or terminate access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including for maintenance, technical requirements, commercial decisions, legal compliance, or security purposes.

KeepBuzz Limited does not guarantee that the Services will be available continuously, without interruption, free from errors, free from viruses, or free from other harmful components.

KeepBuzz Limited reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland in connection with any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under mandatory applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices or policies published through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and KeepBuzz Limited in relation to your use of the Services and supersede all prior representations, agreements, arrangements, and understandings.
